Student(S) must live in Mountain Crest High School's attendance boundaries with parents, or have completed a School Choice Application at the Cache County School District.

You must meet the requirements as outlined below and earn 26 credits.

Mathematics - 3.0 credits
Science - 3.0 credits
Social Studies - 3.5 credits
Health - 0.5 credit
Healthy Lifestyles - 1.5 credits
Fine Arts - 1.5 credits
Computer Technology - 0.5 credit
Technical - 1.0 credit
Mustang Academy - 0.5 credit
Elective - 7.5 credits
