Goal #1
We will increase our graduation rate over the next four years by having every 9th grade student's complete a Mustang Academy Success class. We will also show an increase in our Aspire testing in Math, English, Science by lowering class sizes. By being proactive with Mental Health needs, increase student attendance, building tutoring in daily schedule, and help with credit recovery and college awareness.

Measurements:
We will improve graduation rates by .5%. We will increase our proficiency on end of level testing in Aspire plus in Math, English, Science by 2%. We will also include our ELL and Special Education students in this as well. We will decrease our mental health referrals by 10% by hiring a full-time social worker. Our overall attendance will increase by implementing our Mustang Academy class and Mustang Success time, we anticipate our overall attendance improving by 10%. We would increase our college awareness by 5% for all juniors.
